2015 Hongjiu Group staff training camp bus set off at 1 PM, Nov. 20, starting its 2-day journey to Zhejiang, Anji.

The destination is a 4A level National Resort called Anji Jiangnan Tianchi. It has the renowned scenic spot Hidden Dragon Waterfalls
where An Lee’s movie The Crouching Tiger was filmed. It also boasts the largest outdoor training base in Yangtze River Delta area.

 During the first day of the training, the whole staff competed in a race walk divided into two teams based on age in Hidden Dragon Waterfalls spot. It is not only the waterfalls that absorb the eyes here, the bamboo forest, high peaks together make a splendid view. Furthermore, the air is so pleasant as if natural oxygen bar. Surrounded by such beautiful scenery, the staff walked slowly up the steps together with great enthusiasm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get close with each other. The race walk created a happy and relaxed atmosphere within the whole staff, and then came the highlight of the trip-camp training. Although the training had to be taken indoors because of the rain, the staff had a fun and enlightening experience. After some interesting warming-up games to break the ice, the coach guided the staff to divide into four teams and each came up with a name, a leader and a slogan. After lively discussion, four teams made their unique and interesting appearance. Then the training begins! The staff competed in two team-building games, one called “pawns for water” and the other “Soldiers on the battlefield”. The former one focuses on breaking the mindset and thinking outside the box while the latter on leading strategy and team
cooperation. All the members really threw themselves in the games having fun and trying to win. The coach was giving guidance and comments on the field and promoting the progress. Every bounded with each other, tried their best to be a team player and had a lot of fun.

The Anji training trip impressed everyone in it deeply with beautiful scenery, fresh air, pleasant excise and most importantly, with joy and fun bonding with co-workers and work as a team. Let’s let that spirit into everyday work and growing together as a big family of Hongjiu.
