The Group signed an investment agreement with the F & T Group based in New York, United States in Flushing, Queens, New York, to develop F & T No. 1 Commercial Plaza project, which serves as basis for the overseas real estate investment of the Group.
The Hongcheng Liangxing Investment Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, has been maintaining good relationship of cooperation with many investment banks in order to take equity investment in overseas high-quality companies.
